Include the "Include variables having historical data only" flag for the OPC UA Adapter

Support URN in addition for URI for OPC UA Server redundancy

Allow NaN value or NULL

Fix Bug for OPCInt_ReadWrite_2.7.2.20_.exe with Plug-in

I have high-frequency data need to collect,when i use OPC DA Plug-in TimeArray of OPCInt_ReadWrite_2.7.2.20_.exe ,it does not work.then i uninstall the opc interface 2.7.2.20 and install OPC DA 2.7.1.41,The Plug-in TimeArray work well.
