PI to Connect Agent multiple time-outs resulted in data gaps for historic data.

The unhandled exception from the agent that caused data gaps was a big issue. The agent was supposed to handle data gaps and data reconciliation but didn’t. Restarting the agent will sometimes fill the data gaps but cause new ones.
