Ability to schedule emails of Vision displays - End of shift reports and such

Ability to print and email displays as they appear on the screen along with a report scheduler to trigger scheduled report via email to users. Basically a replacement for the ePub functionality for Process book.

Enable editing of default time ranges at bottom of screen

Streamline Hyperlink Usage

When accessing selecting a hyperlink from a chart, and the destination is another display (display X), selecting the hyperlink again should route you to the same page or tab, not open an additional tab of the exact same data.
