Trend Offset and Duration with Timestamp axis labels shows in GMT instead of local time

When selecting the "Timestamp" option under the Trend > Time Range > Offset Duration, the trend's x-axis labels show up in GMT time instead of local time. Please change the labels to show up in local time.

"Rubber band" object expansion

I would like the bar graph, trend graph, and table to have sort of a "rubber band" expand mode. As I expand the object, text labels expand in size proportionally as well as the main element.
