    Add the "Enable Analyses when created from template" option to PI Builder

    More customizable default settings for End Users. Example: Show Units Check Box.

    Allow End Users to have this selected as a default. Problem: End Users routinely want to have this selected for all of their PI Tags being displayed and they are forced to manually check this box every time now.
