Create a tool to convert displays from the competition

The competition has tools to transfer displays from PI to their products. I would suggest to Eveva to serve the same medicine to their main competitors.

Version # displayed on software download window - PI PB to PI Vision Migration Utility Install Kit 2020

Customer recommends the version number be displayed on the software download window since it does call out version numbers for everything else being installed, but not for PI ProcessBook to Pi Vision Migration Utility Install Kit 2020.
