    Make posts on Tech Support cases editable

    As a Customer Portal user, I would like to be able to modify my posts on Tech Support cases so that I can easily add information to an existing post or remove information that was included by mistake (for example, sensitive machine information).

    Trend: colorize area below tag-line

    I have a tag (0/1) and want to colorize the area below the tag to increase the visibility of the status... (Optimum would be a changeable transparency to avoid the hiding of other tags/attributes)... is this possible?
