    Improve PI Vision display search

    Pi Vision allows to search on dispaly name OR display Owner. We would like to be able to search on display Name AND display owner

    PI to CONNECT to propagate Enumeration Sets

    Have search for tag name return associated attributes

    When searching for tag names (e.g., TI202), only the tag is returned. It would be helpful if any AF attributes that use it as their data reference were returned as well (e.g., BOILOFF GAS TEMP).
