Remove automatic asterisk at the end of a keyword in the PI Vision Tag Search

Graphic Library Search Bar

It takes very long to look through all the images of the Graphic Library to find for example a Furnace. A search bar to type in "Furnace" and then it searches for all the images with the description "furnace" would be very ideal.
