Option to not render bad data in XY Plot

Add an option to the XY Plot to not render bad data in the trend when either x or y is bad. Currently plots the value along the axis when the x or y is bad.

Modify the scale step for PI Vision symbols (gauges, trend)

When customizing symbol scale range, only top and bottom values can be specified. It would also be useful to set increment or step value to avoid unnecessary clutter on a display.

Option to disable trend cursor sync

Not all users like synchronized trend cursors (placing a cursor on one trend causes it to appear on other trends at the same time), some find it very distracting. There should be an option to disable this functionality.

Bad value indicator

Have a bad value indicator on value symbols - A triangular indicator specially in the value symbol which would indicate an exclamation mark when the quality of the data value is bad.

XY Plot: Numerical formatting of scale

Allow formatting of numerical values used in the scale to be configurable. E.g. use display digits set on attribute or be able to specify number of decimal places. Currently number formatting only affects the values that appear in the tooltip.
