Pop-Up Calendar in Time Bar Controls when entering time manually for trend.

End-users would find it helpful if they clicked on the time bar controls of a trend to change the time, that a pop-up mini calendar would display, allowing them to pick a day to change the trend history to more quickly.

PI Vision Icon (.ico file) in easy to find location
