    Add Esris statistics support on augmented feature layer for ESRI Integrator

    Currently, only GeoServer or Time-Enable layer can be used with Esri Dashboards Statistics such as pie and serial charts. This should also be possible with augmented feature layers.

    AMI Interface: allow meter data to be writable to PI Point attributes
