custom filter for tech support cases

JNJ would like to be able to create custom filters for their tech support selection tickets, like for this list of sites, non NOC open cases, etc.

Format of tech support cases

Threading features in tech support cases can be confusing, especially for large, long, complex interactions. The same message appears in multiple places in the thread making it hard to follow.

Download case attachments

JNJ would like to be able to open attachments / download attachments to cases, but can only open “simple types” like word / PDF / excel, etc. If a zip is uploaded it is more or less useless to a portal user, cannot view, cannot download.

Have pre-defined PI Trends embedded in the body of the PI Notification Emails

I would recommend that the PI Notification developer would have a way to embed a pre-defined PI Trend in the body of the PI Notification email so the end user does not have to open a ProcessBook trend as an attachment in ProcessBook. Thanks, Phi...

Provide the option of specifying an output file path for the processed files that is different than the input file path

Allow the user to specify an output file path for the processed files that is different than the input file path, moving the files to this "output" path after they are processed. Note: This was previously Enhancement 100038.

PI UFL Interface - create selected tags using EnablePointCreation parameter.

Customer noticed that tags can be created automatically, but he does not want to create all of the tags autmatically, but select which tags will be created. He wants to be able to select which tags will be created and which won't.

Please allow to use a hex value as a delimiter, which will allow to specify a Carriage Return (0x0D) as a delimiter

While PI Connector for UFL supports FOREACH (CsvGetItem(__Message, char(13))) to allow using a Carriage Return as a delimiter, it does not support Serial input. This leaves PI Interface for UFL the only option to work with Serial input. Please al...
