    Ability to get list of point sources from PI Web API

    Currently it's not possible to get a list of point sources from the PI Web API. Within PI SMT it is possible to view tag counts by point source, but this feature is not available to be accessed programprogrammaticallyatically.

    Allow PICC to use the PI Server name with the Point Id# to stop conflicting data streams when multiple PI servers are combined in a PIAF structure
