    Ability to get list of point sources from PI Web API

    Currently it's not possible to get a list of point sources from the PI Web API. Within PI SMT it is possible to view tag counts by point source, but this feature is not available to be accessed programprogrammaticallyatically.

    Backfilling % complete should be based on time, not number of analyses
