    Receive PI notifications via SMS or WhatsApp delivery channel natively

    As an engineer/technician offshore we are rarely in front of a PC or connected to emails. Would prefer to receive SMS or WhatsApp dnotifications without any 3rd party in the middle.

    Export/Import Contact Groups and/or Delivery Endpoints to XML from PI System Explorer

    Please allow one to export, and import, to XML from PI System Explorer Contact Groups and/or Contact Delivery Endpoints.  Doing this with AFExport.exe and AFImport.exe on the AF Server is cumbersome and restrictive.

    Provide a means to parse/extract data from the response received by PI Notifications after sending a notification to a web service endpoint

    A web service endpoint, for instance ServiceNow, may response with useful information to a notificate, like a ticket number. There should be a way to associate that information with the event frame that triggered the notification.
