Allow element references to have a different name

Allow element references to have a different name be defined. This will make it easier to build alternate hierarchies in AF. A new string substitution parameter (perhaps %ReferenceElement%) would also need to be created to distinguish from %Element%.

Add ability to set the axis range

Add the ability to set the trend axis range in the PI System Explorer tool. We are currently allowing users to navigate the asset hierarchy in PSE as it provides greater flexibility in understanding the data.

Allow 'Jump To Element' functionality in PSE

When viewing Element Search results, it would be useful to have a Right-Click option to 'Jump To' the element in the hierarchy. The same is true for Attribute Search results.
