Make the ICU maximize button work.

Clicking the maximize button in the ICU makes it take up the whole screen but the fields remain the same size. If the fields resized as well, it would make reading and entry in some of the smaller fields easier.

Output at close option on EFGen

It would be interesting to have an 'Output at close' option on EFGen like we have on a normal Event Frame Generation.

UniInt should include a test mode for all interfaces that collects data but does not send it to PI.
