Feet-Inch Entry Format in PIML Web

Add support for feet-inch entry format in the web application. This tour option is available on the 'Other' tab in the Tour Options dialog.

DEFAULT Timestamp for Tour so Users wont get asked for it

Would be nice if we could set for default a TimeStamp on PI manual logger and once it's set we could hide it from the user so they wont get asked again and again to enter it.

PIML Web : Use now as timestamp when entering data

As an operator, I would like the data I entered to be timestamped now (*), instead of selecting a timestamp from the dropdown list.

Adjust Column width on iPad

Our Operators would use ML easily if PI ML column width can be adjusted on iPad. With the PI Ml 2017 R2 Patch1, columns can be easily adjusted with the new icon in place, while using ML on laptops. However, this functionality doesn't work on iPads.
