Multistate: Ability to control symbol rotation based of the data value

Based on the value of the tag, add capability to also define the angle at which the symbol should rotate. This would come very handy while indicating wind directions, drop/rise in value etc.

Add contextual help to configuration panes

As a someone that configures displays, I would like to have more contextual help menus at the bottom of symbol configuration panes (such as "Learn More" links) SO THAT I can get to relevant help topics if I get stuck.

PIVisionで多数の画面を作成すると、必要な画面を探す必要があります。音声認識対応ができれば、必要な画面を探して表示してくれると、能率が上がるのでは。「OK Google 1号タービンの振動監視画面を表示して」「以下の候補があります。選択してください。」でな具合に。
