Add contextual help to configuration panes

As a someone that configures displays, I would like to have more contextual help menus at the bottom of symbol configuration panes (such as "Learn More" links) SO THAT I can get to relevant help topics if I get stuck.

PIVisionで多数の画面を作成すると、必要な画面を探す必要があります。 音声認識対応ができれば、必要な画面を探して表示してくれると、能率が上がるのでは。 「OK Google 1号タービンの振動監視画面を表示して」 「以下の候補があります。選択してください。」 でな具合に。
