Support string builder attributes

String builder attributes are incredibly useful for including helpful Asset Framework metadata and context. They are widely used throughout AF deployments, and this data is very helpful for downstream analysis and interpretation of AF data. The PI to CONNECT agent needs to be able to transfer string builder AF attributes, in addition to static strings (along with table lookups as well). Especially in sites that use AF Element Templates, which is also very common, string attributes very commonly tend to be populated by string builders, rather than static strings. It would be great for this string data to also be included in the replication.
