Allow administrators to change which CONNECT tenant/Namespace of the agent

As an administrator, the only mechanism to change the tenant or namespace of the installed agent is to completely uninstall and reinstall the agent.

You can remove the agent from the Data Services Agent screen, but the Agent Configuration doesn't provide a mechanism to de-register or change which tenant to send data to. The edit button only allows changing the agent name or enabling hostname sharing.

A button in the configuration utility to "Register" with a different tenant (with appropriate warnings and confirmation) would make administering the agent easier.
