Enable Adapter for OPC UA to use the Pub/Sub method

Pub/Sub is proposed to be a more efficient and scalable method of transferring data using OPC UA. Allowing the adapter to access data in this way would increase the options for data collection, and allow the OPC UA adapter to be used in many more use cases.
