Improve the message for performing on demand History Recovery on datacollectionmode: "CurrentWithBackfill" and "CurrentOnly"

Running edgecmd to perform HR on demand on the datasource: datacollectionmode of Non HistoryOnly. will return the following error:


Operation Failed: NotFound (404)
Unexpected error: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: 0. path '", line 0, position 0..


This is error is quite confusing and misleading, as it might lead us to checking command or syntax error

Turns out that it was due to datacollectionmode: "CurrentWithBackfill" and "CurrentOnly" being used, and HR on demand are not supported

As per the documentation, on demand HR is only available on HistoryOnly mode.
It will be great, if the error return could be clearer, for example: HR on demand is only supported on HistoryOnly mode
