Support writing SYSTEM digital states when a bad status is received by PI Adapter for OPC UA

Currently if PI Adapter for OPC UA received a status other than "Good" for an event, it will not write the data to its endpoint. PI Adapter for OPC UA should be able to write a SYSTEM digital state that indicates the status it received.

    Thank you for your input. This enhancement is available in the latest version of PI Adapter for OPC UA (1.2.0.136).

    It's incomprehensible why this is not in place. Why do the connectors continue to be a step back in functionality from the interfaces? Bad values is still data that needs to be captured.
