PI Adapters should handle good NULL Values like PI Connectors and submit to the archive

please enable the PI Adapter to submit also Null values with good quality to the archive like PI Connectors do. (permanent or configurable)

    The current behavior causes trends in PI Vision to freeze at the last good value rather than showing the value has failed or when into error. It is extremely misleading

    It would be better to try to continue polling the null value even if it's to output the stream data via Web API as Bad, Error, or Questionable to the PI Data Archive.
