Rename services to reflect the renaming of the product

AVEVA Adapters were previously called "PI Adapters", but the name of any AVEVA Adapter service begins with "PIAdapter".

The PI To CONNECT Agent was previously called the "PI To Data Hub Agent", but the service name is still "PIToDataHubAgent".

I'm not even sure if the CONNECT To PI Agent had another name after its release, but its service is called the "PIAdapterCONNECT", suggesting that it was once called the "PI Adapter For CONNECT".

I realize that leaving these service names as-is makes it easier to upgrade from a version of the program before the renaming to a version of the program after the renaming, but you are only delaying the inevitable and making the situation worse. It is better to rename everything as early as possible when you have the fewest customers than to finally rename the service later when you have more customers who will be affected. We will soon get to a point where the history of the products will not be known to most customers and the service name will just cause confusion.

Please rename all PI services whose service name does not reflect their current name. This includes, but is not limited to, the AVEVA Adapters, the PI To CONNECT Agent, and the CONNECT To PI Agent.
