Expand the configuration utility's Log view to include Component logs so users don’t need to open these seperately in Notepad.

As a administrator / engineer, I want the configuration utility to display and be able to filter component logs (OmfEgress + component logs, not just app logs) centrally so that I can troubleshoot faster without switching to view these logs in notepad.

Log section includes selectable sources: utility application log, OmfEgress, Component logs
Provide filter/search, time range, severity levels, and easy copy/export.
