Be able to reference an external file that contains a query

Currently, the AVEVA Adapter For RDBMS requires the query to be entered as an input, and it is not as easy to edit, meaning that the current best say to manage a query for this AVEVA Adapter is to keep it in an external file, edit it, and make sure to enter this new query as the query string for the AVEVA Adapter, and make sure to never edit the copy of the query that the AVEVA Adapter has. This is a bit much.

In contrast, the PI Interface For RDBMS allowed you to store your query in a separate file and reference that file. This made it much easier to edit the query since the query file could be opened in whatever query editor you want, and there only had to be 1 copy of the query.

Please allow the AVEVA Adapter For RDBMS to external files that each contain a query.
