Show the description/documentation of parameters in a tooltip, possibly for a ⓘ icon

I find myself switching between the AVEVA Adapter Configuration Utility and the documentation of the AVEVA Adapter to ensure that I know how to set a parameter. It would be much easier if the description/documentation of each parameter was shown in a tooltip in the AVEVA Adapter Configuration Utility. This tooltip can appear when hovering over a parameter or when hovering over a ⓘ icon next to the parameter. Choose the solution that makes the most sense.

Also, if a parameter has a dropdown menu and the choices are not self-explanatory, have tooltips when hovering over those as well.

If the idea of tooltips for parameters and dropdown menu items sounds infeasible due to the number of adapter-specific parameters, then at least implement tooltips for the parameters that all or most AVEVA Adapters share.
