Be able to delete a discovery from the "⋮" menu in the "Discovery Details" pane

Under a component, click on "Data Selection", then on the "Data Discovery" tab, and then on a discovery. This brings up the "Discovery Details" pane, and the "⋮" icon in the top right corner is greyed out and cannot be interacted with. However, it is difficult to notice that the icon is greyed out, so you end up trying to click on it, only for it to do nothing, and then you look more closely and notice that those tiny dots are actually grey instead of black. It would be more useful if this icon was used. Specifically, the deletion of the discovery could be allowed from this menu. It is more convenient to see additional details about a discovery and then decide to delete it than it is to see the additional details, close out of those details, and delete the discovery from the same row that you just clicked on, which also carries the risk that you delete the wrong discovery.
