Be able to save, name, and easily reuse query strings for data discoveries

Currently, the query string of a data discovery is part of the data discovery, and once a data discovery is run, it cannot be rerun since part what identifies a discovery is the time at which it ran. This is not a flaw, but rather a part of the design of data discoveries. However, it would still be nice to rerun discoveries at a later time, and, to do this, we would need to be able to save, name, and reference our query strings. The current workaround is to copy the query string of an existing discovery, or to copy the query string which you saved elsewhere, and use it as the query string for a new discovery.
