As a customer, I need to be able to recover history on the data streams so that data can be migrated from one system to another.

    We are happy to report that History Recovery is available with the latest version of PI Adapter for OPC UA (1.2.0.136). Thank you for sharing your use cases and feedback on this enhancement request.

    The adapter should automatically perform history recovery on startup / reconnection. This way, network interruptions between the server and the adapter would not result in data loss.
