Add the option "Ignore Bad_WaitingForInitialData Status"

In the connectors there was the option "Ignore Bad_WaitingForInitialData Status", as described here. For gen 1 there was a need to edit the config files directly, and in gen 2 the option was integrated into the UI.


Instead for the adapter I recently received this feedback from the FSE:-


"We've reviewed this with the product team and found that the parameter within the Connector that suppresses this value is not available in the Adapter. We have no confirmation if this parameter will be in any future version or not. I know you were trying to get the logs as well but we've confirmed from our end so that is no longer needed.


We suggest that for the time being to assume there are no plans to implement this in future versions."

From what I can tell the adapter is still using the UnifiedAutomation opc ua libraries like the connector. It should be pretty trivial to include this option. Please bring it back.
