Support System States for the Adapter for Azure Event Hubs

The data passed through the Adapter for Azure Event Hubs can be very dynamic in its configuration. It would be useful to be able to send system states to indicate bad data, and possibly the nature of that bad data. In the same way that interfaces can write a variety of text states to a numeric PI tag - such as IO timeout, Out of Range, etc.


This would be a useful feature for any adapter.

    Having error codes within the PI tga itself helps to identify issues easily and also tag values would make more sense rather than just a stale value

    Error values at the source currently are not being reflected in the PI tags. It's important for the business to understand whether a value is valid or not
