Allow End User to Republish AF Hierarchy

As a Publisher, I would like a feature that allows me to republish my AF Hierarchy SO THAT I can quickly address any discrepancies between my system and a Subscribers.

    As a Subscriber of multiple Publishers, Javin's suggestion would be very helpful. My #1 issue is when Publishers make changes or additions to their AF publication that are not replicated to my AF. If this would resolve that issue, I would be very happy.

    Keeping AF in synch is a constant battle. This sounds like a great solution.
