Enable setting tag attributes in UFL Connector

UFL Connector should have ways to set tag attributes. There should be way to set the default compression and exception settings and also other tag attributes like point and data security.

    This should be data source specific. Right now the few configuration settings that do exist exist at the global level. You need more source-specific settings.

    It would be very helpful to be able to specify the PointSource when creating tag by the PI Connector for UFL, so that we can easily identify and query for specific tag groups by PointSource.

    I'm really surprised the old non-connector UFL (the PI Interface for UFL) will allow you to do this, but the new connector one does not! We need to be able to turn on compression and step for some of our UFL tags that are auto created! This post is old, so I'm wondering if this is not related to the connector UFL?
