User guide FIELD mistakes

Many examples in the user guide use "[FIELDS]". Also, on page 40, it says "FIELD]". These should all be "[FIELD]".

      Thanks for reporting. We've done a review of the whole manual so there should be less (I hope - no) mistakes in the next version.
