PI Connector for MQTT - support more generic JSON formats

While the existing support for Sparkplug MQTT format is helpful, this connector would be more useful if it also supported a more generic JSON format.

    the OSI mqtt connector is very special - only for sparkplug devices if it is not a sparkplug device I have a workaround to read MQTT messages they can use a python script to save the MQTT message to a file https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54292179/saving-mqtt-data-from-subscribe-topic-on-a-text-file and then use UFL to read the data from this file.

    IFM is using the json format for mqtt and not sparkplug. https://www.ifm.com/us/en/product/ZZ1350
