Make the PI Connector for OPC UA support the use of the "Reverse Connect Client Facet"

In the reverse connect methodology - The server opens the socket and calls the client with a Reverse "Hello" message. After that, the client will use the already open channel (which initially fails with establishing the handshake) and call the normal opc.tcp "Hello" message. After that, it works like normal opc.tcp. This is not currently supported in the connector.

More and more assets are reluctant to allow inbound traffic in PCD Domain, this complicates solutions to enable OPC UA connectivity across multilayered networks, without having to install Adapter software in OT domains.
OPC UA Reverse connect is a solution to allow Adapters to be deployed in 'external' networks in a client-server model, but network sessions will only be initiated outbound from OT domain, addressing the security risks.

This would be very useful to avoid opening FWs towards critical assets.

It would be great to get some feedback on this here, if this is included in future plans.
