Option to set Client_ID parameters in MQTT SparkPlug Connector.

We need to have an option to set the Client ID parameter. We need an option to set the starting set of the characters of the parameter to have the possibility to use the fixed text "cva::" before a random number. Thanks

    This is valuable to be able to read what the connector is doing in the log file. It is quite annoying to try to remember a GUID number in a broker logfile when the client ID could be "PIConnector".
