Enable child Event Frames for Alarms and Conditions from PI Connector for Siemens Simatic PCS 7

Would like to see states of alarms captured as child Event Frames of the parent alarm Event Frame that is currently created. Today this data is only captured in tags.

    it's very important to get all needed information from the PCS 7 Alarm System - also for multi level alarms (so for example have a child event frame for warning low, alarm low low, warning low of a single pcs7 block with different alarm levels).
