Filter Quality tags PI Connector for Wonderware Historian

There should be away to filter which quality tags are created. Currently we can only choose all or none.

    This is now available in the PI Connector for Wonderware Historian v1.6.9.14.

    Selection should be defined by a filter (ODBC query, RegEx...). It is not one time operation and it shouldn't be a hardcoded list of tags. It should automatically add new quality tags to new tags (created by the connector), but only valid quality tags (filtered out). Reasons not to have them all collected: 1. too many tags 2. quality is not required for tags calculated by remote devices, set points, system tags...
