PI System Connector should disable/enable existing connections to PI Connector Relay

Operating in a validated pharmaceutical industry, when making use of a comprehensive data/asset centralizing approach, we require the PI System Connector (PSC) to disable existing connections to PI Connector Relay when routing it to a new PI Connector Relay (PCR).

For validated environments, we cannot simply break the connection from PSC to PCR when re-routing a connection to a new PCR. For instance when working with the usual 3 environments PROD, QUAL and DEV, when a validated PSC is connected in PROD, if we need to disconnect and re-route because of an issue with the PCR, we need to validated again when we reconnect since this is considered a new configuration.

What is required here is for the PSC-PCR connection to remain configured but 'disabled' or stopped while a new connection is configured. Also ease to toggle the active data flow between configured routings.
