OPC UA supporting alarm and event data

Alarm and event data is also important to be stored in the PI environment so we can use it to store all the data for the source system in the central PI server.

    We previously had a feedback item for supporting Alarms and Events within the PI Connector product line. This item was moved to the AVEVA Adapters space, as this enhancement will be targeted and considered for AVEVA Adapters rather than PI Connectors.
