Custom Time Range for OPC UA History Read (Recovery)

It would be very useful for to be able to specify a custom time range to do a history read for on the PI Connector for OPC UA . The connector automatically does this recovery for time intervals that it internally identifies as gaps. However, many times it does not fully recover data for all outages. Since it already has the ability to read historical data it would be great to give the end user more control over that process. This would prevent us from needing to manually export the source data and backfill (with piconfig, etc.) and would allow PI to better manage the backfilling process to ensure that data is written in a manner that minimizes out-of-order events or excessive queue size.
