Add Event IDs to event logging

Currently, events logged for the OPC UA Connector all have an Event ID of 0. I've had to dig around in Event Viewer quite a bit for troubleshooting, and it's frustrating not to be able to filter events by ID. I mention the UA Connector because that's the tool I've been working closely with via Event Viewer, but I would love to extend this idea to any and all PI software that doesn't already have assigned Event IDs. I imagine this would be extremely helpful for several internal AVEVA teams as well.
