PI Connector for Wonderware to be able to detect dll files in other drives other than C drive

Had a customer that just installed PI Connector for wonderware of current version (v1.6.9.14) and his connector is unable to start. Upon discussion after troubleshooting, it was noted that the directory where dll files can be located on customer's machine is located in D: drive, although articles suggested to look for them in C: Drive. For example, articles will direct users to look for the dll files in C:\Program Files (x86)\ArchestrA\Toolkits\Bin\x64 and C:\Program Files\ArchestrA\Toolkits\Bin\x64 directories, but the dll files were found to be in D directories instead. Customer also highlighted that in the wonderware config file (WonderwareHistorian.ConnectorHost.exe.config), it was explicitly hard-coded to locate the file in C drive instead of D drive. it may be good if the checking of dll files by the connector can be flexible.
