Increase the maximum timeout for the BACnet Discovery Utility with the PI Connector for BACnet

If a user has many BACnet devices/objects discoveries can take some time. Since the BACnet Discovery Utility has a maximum timeout of 240 seconds, this utility can cannot be used in these scenarios and manual creation of the csv is required which can be a tedious task which can take considerable amount of time.
